Answers to frequently asked questions

 

General questions

The job offers on our homepage are always up-to-date, all listed positions are still vacant and we look forward to receiving your application. Some positions are published on a long-term basis, as we have a strongly growing need for personnel in these areas. As soon as a position is filled, it is removed from the page.
You can apply for a job throughout the year. We recommend that you apply online about three months before the desired start date. If you are bound by longer notice periods, we shall of course, bear your starting date in mind.
Once you have applied for a position, you will receive a user name and password. With this access data you can log in to the application portal. There you will have an overview of the positions for which you have applied and can also, apply for other positions.
Yes - if you can't find a suitable position listed on our online portal, we'd be happy to receive your speculative application, in which we can find out more about you and your motivation to work at EFS. In addition to your current CV and relevant certificates, please also upload a cover letter stating your motivation to change, your current notice period and your interest in EFS, also if you are interested in a specific area.

Questions regarding the application

We only accept applications via our homepage. You can submit this via the "Apply now" button on the respective job advertisement. Please understand that due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we cannot accept applications by post or email.
In addition to your CV, we need relevant certificates and references. Please upload this as a PDF file in your application.
We treat your data strictly confidential and save it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on a protected database. After completion of the application process, your data will be stored in our system for a maximum of six months and will then be deleted. If you would like to be included in the pool of applicants and you explicitly consent, this duration can be extended. If you would like your data to be deleted, we will of course do this at any time.
After your application has entered our system, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email. Our HR team checks all applications received and forwards them to the departments. This is followed by one or two personal or telephone conversations (depending on the position) in which we would like to get to know you better - and you, too, have the opportunity to find out whether the EFS suits you. After the discussions, we will give you feedback on the further process as soon as possible.

Your documents may be in the wrong format. Only documents as PDF files (max. 4 MB per file) are accepted. If the problem persists, please contact karriere@efs-techhub.com.
If an online application is not possible, there may be a technical problem. We will do our best to fix it quickly and ask you to try again at a later date. If the error persists, please contact karriere@efs-techhub.com.
